SOLVED. YA Novel told from various POVs retelling their summer

Plot: Main girl goes to the beach for the summer with her mom and her Mom's friend. She spends her time with her mom's friend's daughter who is an actress. They aren't really close. They meet two guys who are brothers. One is hot and sort of a playboy the other is a bit geeky. The main girl starts liking the hot one and I think they make out or something. But then the hot brother meets the other girl and pretty much ditches the main girl. The geeky brother liked the main girl, some how they start emailing or what not. They all leave back home. The main girl talk about meeting up with the geeky brother. Then from the actress' view we see how much pressure she is in and her relationship with her mom. From the playboy we see him get into a sort of platonic relationship with a girl and he changes a bit.

This is all I pretty much remember. I just know the story goes back and forth between characters and how they all learned or changed from that one summer.
