Hi! I'm thinking of joining this group, but it seems like it might be based off of a book or T.V show. If it is, could someone tell me what it is? I don't mind if it is, but if I don't read the book or watch the show than i'll probably be a bit confused.

It is called Nanbaka, an Anime and Manga. It likes to categorize itself as a comedy, which it totally is, but also gets dark at times. It basically is about an inescapable prison and the inmates inside.
The main characters all are masters as escaping their cell and have great personalities. It is really funny and i recommend watching it. It does have an english dub is you cant read subtitles.
