SOLVED. childrens book about a biscuit boy [s]

hello ,
please can you help . im trying to find the name of a childrens book i read in the early 90s about a boy who eats too many chocolate biscuits .
he wakes up one morning to find he has turned into a biscuit .
i remember a picture in the book where dogs are trying to lick the chocolate off him .

Were the illustrations realistic, cartoons, colorful, etc?

I've tried searching for The Big Biscuit, but it doesn't come up. I've looked under the author, also, but it doesn't come up there, either.
Am I missing a trick?

ok, I just copied the isbn number and pasted that in the search space. The book comes up then. But it appears the title is not yet searchable.

Wow, that is weird. Because that same day I was able to search for it with title and author. Now as you say it's only findable via ISBN.

I will post about this in Feedback under Bugs.

But at any rate, I added it to the group bookshelf so no worries in that regard.

GR did some database work a few days ago and apparently that caused some problems in searching, is what I'm hearing.
