SOLVED. Everyone hates this girl after she calls the police and breaks up a party [s]

I really don't know much about this book except that this girl (I'm sorry I don't know her name) gets sort of drunk at this party and this guy brings her to a bedroom to have sex but she keeps saying no. I'm not sure if they actually have sex but she calls the police and breaks up the party and everyone hates her. I think she also meets a guy who plays guitar later in the book
