My name is Ahman "Zephaniah" Jones and I am a young novelist specializing in speculative fiction, fantasy, and science fiction. I have written two books so far in college and I'm still waiting for reviews on Amazon. It was always my dream to become a novelist but I never realized how complex it would be. I feel like my dream is so far away from me I'll never be able to reach it. I wish it didn't cost me to promote my story because I don't have much. My family doesn't have much. Hopefully, with your help, my dream will finally come true.

I checked out your book on Amazon. I think you have an intriguing story, but I wanted to give you some advice to try to help you gain readers. I hope that's okay, I just want us all to be successful. You can take it or leave it.

Try adding more action to the blurb, something that will grab their attention.

And, $8.99 for a 36 page book (I believe that would be categorized as a short story) is way too high. Most indie (full-length) books are priced around $2.99-3.99.

Great advice M.L. Nothing like a great blurb and a reasonably-priced book to draw readers. As the great Al Jareau sang, "We're in this love together". I hear ya. By the way, I realized why it was like that. The format of a novel should really be 12 font times new roman double spaced. I deactivated my account and am making a new one. One that will not be too costly. My book will be on that account and under my real name Ahman Jones.
