Three works - different material - combine or not to combine?

The second epilogues for that series all don't really constitute short stories, so much as an addition to the earlier book. So 1 and 3 should be combined, but the epilogues alone should not be.

Originally all three were listed separately, but I noticed just now (though the change occurred a couple of days ago) that the 'book + short story' version and the 'book only' version had been combined together. So now we had 'book + bonus short story' and 'short story' but the 'book only' version no longer existed as a separate entity.
I separated things again but then realized I might be wrong in how I was reading the situation.
In a situation like this, when there are two related but separate works that have been published, and then a new third publication occurs that combines the two previously separated works, should all the works be combined together? Left separate? Some bits here and there combined while other bits remain uncombined?
Hopefully the above is clear. I'm kind of ill at the moment.
1 - 2003 book - To Sir Phillip, With Love
2 - 2009 short story - To Sir Phillip, With Love: The Epilogue II
3 - 2017 combined work - To Sir Phillip, With Love With 2nd Epilogue
Keep all three separate? Combine 1 and 3? Combine all three?
Thanks.
