And now she’s gone back to her place which, fine, and taking Bonnie with her is a good idea... but what about Bonnie’s family? Are they going to come out of this okay?
And it’s only NOW that the vervain thing is coming into play? I swear that came in so much earlier in the show ._. (hide spoiler)]

He’s not even a vampire hunter and hasn’t previously had any face-to-face contact with any, just contact with their victims! And even then it was more for curiosity and such. How the heck would you be able to get a paper published (as an academic and psychologist) if it was based on a vampire attack anyway? What are you going to cite in the research as your references?

But why is it that she hates Stefan so much? I could understand her hating Elena - having essentially a doppelgänger of yourself be together with a past love would be disconcerting to say the least... but they said that the ‘power’ had hated Stefan for a long time before finding and hating Elena too... Finished! (view spoiler)[So they defeated the big bad... which was Katherine... by shoving her ‘into the light’ and then taking off her ring. And then Elena died of what? Exposure? I dunno. I’ve always thought that if they die due to sunlight or something they would burn up (like Katherine did)... or at LEAST shrivel up, y’know?

Just seems like rather a let down tbh. But there’s another book in this series so I’m assuming that either a) Elena is going to come back, or b) Elena was never truly dead to begin with. (hide spoiler)]

The spirit of Elena (along with the spirits of long dead soldiers from the civil war) came to the rescue and saved everyone from Klaus, and then Elena went around giving everyone what were essentially ‘magical kisses’ that healed all their wounds? And then at the stroke of midnight she needs to go because it’s no longer the ‘special night’ (or whatever that Druidic thing Bonnie mentioned was)? This is stupid ._. (hide spoiler)]

I definitely understand that XD I just... I felt like I needed to finish at least this last book because otherwise I was just going to wonder too much XD But honestly, what a waste of time from book 1 - 4. How are they just so BAD @_@

NOPE. I am not reading any more Vampire Diaries novels. NOPE. I just wanted to finish the first series of it, which Dark Reunion completed. NO MORE 8'D
