She just thinks she's owed everything, and everyone lives to worship her. And that she's always right. God I hate her. I'm really hoping that they get better as they go on, because I am not here for it if they stay this way. I want some of that tv series action XD Maybe I'll just rewatch that instead (hide spoiler)]

#2 Review: Let's just say that the title of this book is apt: the struggle. The STRUGGLE IT TOOK ME TO LISTEN TO THIS DAMN BOOK! Uuugh everything about this book just made me go round the bend.
1. The narrator's foreign accent for the Salvatore brothers, and the pronunciation of Salvatore... (not related but still)

5. Elena's possessiveness, and the way the whole freaking world revolves around her, and she thinks she deserves everything, otherwise she'll throw a hissy like a 5 year old.

I honestly gained nothing from this book, I wish I hadn't read it. It just blew my mind how silly this book is. The only reason I'm continuing on with this series is because I've seen the show and know it gets better (at least I hope it does).

Finished. Oh wow this book just drove me insane. Such a pathetic MC! I just wish Elena wasn't the MC, she's sooo utterly selfish it's insane. At least I've got another one down though.
It's crazy how different the descriptions are from the tv show!
I feel like so much happened during this book, but I just really didn't pay attention, and I don't regret it.

Completely fair. They really don't seem great... I did enjoy the first one, but that was 100% because I was having fun finding all the differences between the novel and the series :P

I just want to finish the first series of this (which is the first four books I think?)... don't think I'd go any further unless Book #4 somehow ends on an impossible cliffhanger :P
