SOLVED. Brownies book series from 1980s. [s]

Looking for what I yhink was a series of books about a troop of Brownies ( the gurl guide variety not the faeries) the troop leaders were Brown Owl and Tawny Owl and I THINK that in one book Brown owl gets married and her troop helps her with the wedding. I eould have read these between 1989 and 1993 but cannot find even a remote reference to them
(Not the Brownie Scout series by Mildred Wirt either)
