I'm looking for a book about a girl and a deaf guy, I'm pretty sure they were in college. He doesn't tell anyone he's deaf and I think she found out when they were working on a project. He is seen as really rude because that is the way he hides. I remember they make a bit of a deal about how he doesn't even take notes in class because he needs to lip read the teacher. They start dating and once they do she convinces him to tell a few close friends that he is deaf. I'm pretty sure that it gets out to the rest of the school. I'm also pretty sure I read it on Kindle Unlimited if that helps. Thanks!
