There's a girl who finds this magic white feather in the woods and she takes it home, but the feather ends up being evil and invisible creatures come after her trying to kill her. At some point in the book she finds this bird and nurses back to health in her basement. The cover is her running through a black forest trying to catch this white feather. She's wearing a red shirt. Please help, this is driving me crazy.
