ETA: OK I keep getting an error so I'm unable to combine these. Hopefully someone else will be able to or I'll try again later.

It's combined not, so I guess your combining worked.

I have the paperback in front of me and its ISBN number is identical to the one marked as hardcover. The publisher's website says the book is available in "print, audio, and e-book". I suspect there is no hardcover version at all.

In addition, the paperback version states that this book, published in Danish in 2018, was first published in 2011. This is incorrect. The colophon of the book I am looking at says copyright by the author 2001.

PS I hope you can keep Mette Holm listed as translator. The language for the two Danish links is indeed Danish, but one of them says language is English!! :)

Sandra | 31515 comments #767 combined, the existing editions already had 2001, and when combined it always goes to the earliest date.

As to the English on the Danish book, there was a bug several years ago that gave every imported book English, which is why these days it is left blank, and has to be added manually. Fixed.
