At the top of my list of Can't Put Down authors is Robert B Parker, Lee Child, and John Sandford. If you agree with these 3 can you please suggest one or two more? Thank you.Robert B Parker

I am half way through The Girl Before by JP Delaney. It is very different and so hard to put down. I have do much to do today but I would rather ready this book!
Ian Rankin, Michael Connelly, J. A. Jance, Elizabeth Peters (Amelia Peabody series), J.D. Robb, Tessa Dare, Lorraine Heath, Loretta Chase, Deborah Crombie, Grace Burrowes, Nora Roberts, Anne Perry (Monk Series), Louise Penny (Gamache Series)

Agatha Christie is my main can't put down mystery writer. patricia Wentworth is second. Of contemporary mystery writers i find Ben. Aaranovich's Rivers of London series quite gripping.

The other authors I can put down for the night as long as I know I can read all day tomorrow.

Dennis Lehane, Robert Galbraith, and James Lee Burke.
I would put "can't put down authors" in the thriller category. MMmmm this is a good list. For me JO NESBO (INSPECTOR HARRY HOLE) are very hard to put down.
So far the KARIN SLAUGHTER (Will Trent series) is pretty thrilling as well (although there are romantic elements).
For amusing and unusual thrills I would also include ADRIAN MCKINTY's Sean Duffy series.
It's set in Northern Ireland in the1980s so it is very unpredictable.
C. S. Harris's the ST. CYR series. Angela Marsons's KIM STONE series, Grace Burrows, J. A. Jance's JOANNA BRADY & J. P Beaumont series, Deborah Crombie's KINCAID/JAMES series, and of I can't leave out J. D. Robb's IN DEATH series.I know there are more, but those are just a few of my CAN'T PUT DOWN authors.
Jo Nesbo and the Harry Hole series! I eagerly wait for the next one to be published. Definitely got hooked.
I really like John Ellsworth. He writes mostly legal thrillers but also has written a few very good psychological thrillers.
My top 3 are Dean Koontz
Julie Garwood
Nora Roberts
Just about every book I've read of these authors sucks you in and you can't put it down until the last page.
Harlan Coben is my top, closely followed by Lisa Gardner. Also really love William Landay (Defending Jacob).
I recently discovered Janey Mack's meter maid series and Rene Patrick's Edith Head series. Both are wonderful and light murder mystery series that I did not want to stop reading until I was done.I am looking for copies to give to my friends.

I hope you enjoy it here. I search out and read several of the authors you mentioned on your list.
For me, Michael Crichton and Robert Ludlum have always been page turners. Seems like it doesn't matter what book, the suspense and action keep me going late into the night. Robert B. Parker is up there, too, and Lee Child is a more recent addiction for me (it occurs to me I've forgotten to add him to my books-read list!).A new indie author who is a lot like Lee Child, John Grisham, and Craig Johnson is P. Wesley Lundburg. His Frank Mattituck series set in Alaska is probably the best outdoor style crime suspense series I've read. Definitely impossible to put down. There are only 2 in the series so far, but they are coming out every six months. The author says the 3rd book will be out in September:
