I know we can't bank books, meaning if we finish it in February we have to use it for a card in February or lose it. I am not 100% sure but I believe if you start the book in Feb but don't finish it till March that is okay. Will defer to Tina or Rachael for clarification on this for sure.

I am reading the book Tailchaser's Song which I am going to finish BEFORE the end of the month and I would like it to count. I said when I started it that it worked for 0, 4, Skip and Wild and I would like to have a slot left for it. Thanks!

Thanks Rachael! My book will also get us points in the Valentine challenge part 1 since Caroline from Buttercup put it on her TBR list in Feb of 2016. 8-) That is why I chose it.

Greetings team!

I'm not sure if any of you have looked but the March cards are on our spreadsheet and we also have the addition of "Color" to some of the cards. (if you don't know what I am talking about see Message #9 in this thread https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/... )

Anyway I checked it out and all our Color Cards are either Green or Blue so I decided to start looking for books that will work and came up with these 3 that I plan to read.

I Let You Go which works for 5 Green in Hand 2

The Outside Boy which works for 1 Green in Hand 4

and Wonder which works for 1 Blue in Hand 14 if we get that far. If not it will work for other cards of course.

So Rachael when March begins please put me down for these books as I am having them sent to me now. Thanks!

And all of us may want to start looking as well, it is not as easy as you think to find ones that fit. 8-)

The book has to work for both the color and the number which is why it is a bit more difficult.

For Tin Eye you need to save a copy of the book cover to your computer then you can upload it to see the colors.

Thanks Rachael! I know I won't be able to finish another book before Tuesday so hopefully some of our faster readers can. I will start something I know will work for March after I finish my current book and while I'm waiting for my ordered books to arrive. 8-)

1) for Romancing the Duke - character's surname starts with V, not name

2) and for Sugar Kisses in mini challenge it's entered in the wrong section, it should be in "Read a book your valentine team has read that was first published in Feb of any year" - since I found it on Ashlee's shelf and it's published in February

it definitely was a bad day for me reading it but i needed it for another challenge

I will do the 2 valentine books and then i will have The Woodlanders on 1st March for the green I then need to do A Symphony of Echoes in my 3 day break at home as it is already reserved at the library.

That will take me up to my cruise holidays when i will be a bit hit and miss

Sugar Kisses is not entered for part2 of mini challenge. It is entered in part1, just in a wrong section. Ashlee didn't read it or add in February. It's a book from her shelf that's published in February.

Sorry if I am being boring. I just don't want us to be disqualified because of the misunderstanding.
