HR with self harm or another mental illness

I have been getting into books where the heroine is self harming but overcomes it with or without a hero. One of my favorite genres is HR so I thought I would combine the two.

Any suggestions where a hero or heroine self harm or have a mental illness of sorts, which they are able to overcome it but is HR.

Maybe? The hero is somewhere on the autism/Asperger's spectrum. No idea how realistic his behavior is, but it does talk about both his difficulties and his inamorata's difficulties with understanding what he is feeling and how to have a relationship.
