History: Minnie grew up in a small town south of Tulsa, Oklahoma. In this tight-knit town, her family is kind of known as the "Town Weirdos." Her older brother is obsessed with knives and fire (not in a scary way. Just in a way that he sometimes likes to play with them, but he's very careful). Her mother loves going out for tea twice a day with friends. And Minnie was the hippie who was never around. And, to top it off, they have a black cat named Pebbles who roams the neighbourhood, but she comes home at night. Despite this odd home life, Minnie managed to get excellent grades, and that ended her up in BLA.

Appearance: Avery is quite tall, with curly blond hair. He once tried to die it darker, but it's insistent on being light. He should also probably get a haircut. His face is in an eternal scowl, but despite that, he is quite good looking. His eyes are grey-blue and coated in thick lashes. Once, someone thought he was wearing mascara, but his eyelashes are just really long. He has quite sharp cheekbones, and freckles across his nose that he wishes he didn't have. He's skinny but definitely not athletic, and he has lightly tanned skin. Most of the time he'll be wearing a band shirt and some old jeans.

Other markings/accessories: he has this pair of dark green doc marten boots that he wears everywhere. He cannot leave the house without them.


Personality: Avery is grumpy mostly all the time. It doesn't matter what happens, you can trust he won't be happy about it. He goes about his life with a frown. Due to this, not many people approach him as he can be quite intimidating. He does have a secret passion for debate though. Perhaps it's a way for him to let out all of his anger. Most people are surprised when they see he's quite intelligent and articulate.


History: Avery's family run a coffee shop, but it's a really fancy coffee shop in London that's been in the family for years, so they had just enough money to send him to boarding school. He has several brothers but they're all much older, so he grew up basically as an only child. Due to that, he's quite independent. He would spend his days reading or playing with the family cat, Buttons, or roaming about the streets of London (where he's from).

Personality: He is more on the extroverted side and is social. Although people would consider him popular and apart of the popular crowd he wouldn't consider himself popular. He can get shy and nervous at times when he is trying to impress someone he likes or when he is in a situation where he doesn't know anyone. When playing against someone he can get very competitive. He is also very caring and loyal to others. He is very determined when it comes to trying to complete goals.

History: Noah grew up with a father that loved softball so he started playing from a very young age. When he was a bit older he joined a junior softball team. His father always said that he was good but when he joined the team he realized he wasn't. Softball was the only thing that kept him together with his father. His parents were divorced and he only ever saw his father when he took him to softball practice. Noah didn't want to disappoint his father or loose the connection so he started working twice as hard at practice to be as good as the other players. It started to frustrate him so much that one night as soon as his father left he ran to his mother in tears. That day his mother took him out of softball. He still saw his father but it wasn't as often.

One day a few years later when he was with his father they started talking and Noah finally explained what happened with him and softball. It was one of his most vulnerable times as he explained everything. Noah still loved softball and his father but not on a team. He liked it a lot more when he was playing with his father. So that's what they did. They got the supplies and starting playing softball. He has played and enjoyed softball ever since.

His mother on the other hand loved gardening. Noah would help his mother with gardening whenever he wasn't playing softball. That is where he got his love of plants and that is why he wants a career involving plants.

At Blue Lake Academy he discovered his love of riding. During the summer after his first year there he begged his parents for a horse. After weeks of looking they found Midnight for sale at a ranch that was closing down. Midnight was a very.... unique horse. Let's just say that it took him two years to be able to ride Midnight but he never gave up. He continued going to Blue Lake Academy and still goes there now and loves it.

History: Edith grew up with two loving parents up until her parents died in a car crash when she was six. Then, she moved in with her uncle. He wasnt always the nicest guy, but Edith was okay with that. One day, her uncle and a friend were throwing around a football. His friend threw it to hard and the ball hit little eight-year-old Edith in the face, right on her eyes. Her vision was blurry, and it slowly started getting darker and darker until she was blind. The eye doctor said, with treatment, there was a chance of her getting her eye sight back. But, after a month of treatment, her uncle decided to stop paying for it. Edith has remained blind since then. Through out it all, Edith learned how to function in the seeing world. She can type, write, walk with out a cane and everything, all while remaining an excellent student. She has a service dog named Yellow.

Personality: Autumn is a very caring and understanding person that is always ready to help others. She is in between being extroverted and introverted. She can be outgoing at times. Despite not being able to hear she is a great listener. She understands the struggle that comes with having a disability and being different from everyone else.

History: Autumn has had a hearing loss all of her life. Her father was a doctor and her mother worked as a teacher at a school for the deaf. It was hard for Autumn to learn how to communicate with others at first but once her parents realized that she couldn't hear they immediately turned to sign language as a way for Autumn to communicate with others. Even her brother Liam learnt a bit of sign language so he could talk to his sister. She also started learning English but that wasn't until she was almost five.

She started going to school as soon as she could. It was perfect because everyone understood in some way what she was going through. Sadly when she was seven the school shut down. She was separated from all of her friends and was forced to go to a public school. Although her brother was there there was no one for her to talk to. She started meeting up with a special needs teacher but it didn't help. After a few weeks her mother realized that Autumn needed help so she put her teaching skills to use. From then on after school Autumn and her mother would practice lipreading. By fourth grade Autumn was able to lipread and understand others. Then she was able to start making friends.

When she reached middle school she discovered her love for photography. On a whim she decided to sign up for yearbook committee and she loved every second of it. She was able to meet so many people and all of them treated her like a normal person and not like a girl that can't hear.

She was looking online on day and found Blue Lake Academy. She noticed that they had an actual Sign Language class and that they offered a teacher assistant program. She knew that this was perfect and she immediately showed her parents the website. She was really good at sign language and had good grades. She hoped that it would be enough for her to get in. Thankfully it was.

She wants to go into education so she can do what her mother does. Teach sign language to students as well as soon even open her own school for students with disabilities.

She went to Catholic schools and blew the Latin Teachers way with her Latin skills. Once she hit Middle School things started to change for Lucretia and she was bullied because she looked to fat. In the 6th Grade Lucretia began to purge and binge eat. A couple months later she was diagnosed with Bulimia and forced to stay in the hospital until she was at a healthy weight. Her parents home schooled her for the rest of Middle School and would have for 9th Grade if her baby sister Octavia Dione hadn't shown up. I've got just a few questions:
1. Could you find an image in color or add a description of her appearance? It's difficult to imagine what's happening in a roleplay without a good guide for appearance.
2. What type of thing did she do that caused her to leave her previous school, or what did she do? Was it a severe thing or a lighter thing? It's difficult to imagine her being accepted to BLA if she didn't have a clean past.

History: Growing up in an orphanage, she never knew her parents, but she was convinced that they were out there waiting for her to fall into their arms, so she was determined to escape. The only thing she had to remind her of her parents was a small bracelet that was in her blanket when she was delivered to the orphanage. She tried again and again and again, until one day, a couple who were unable to have children were looking for a small kid to adopt, and she had been there the longest. Once they had adopted her, she treated them like her real parents and followed them everywhere. Until the day, she was ten at the time, when their spaceship was launching, she noticed that a bolt was loose, but they were convinced that she just wanted them to stay behind so they went in any way. She was crushed and cried for years when the government took her in as one of their own. A nice couple who worked there helped to raise her, and as they lived somewhere in the suburbs, there were some parks and she loved to hang out at the parks. Since her second foster parents worked for NASA and the government, she was accepted into an elite government academy for the children of important characters, but she decided to go to Blue Lake Academy. She adopted a small puppy named Snow to keep her company.

Personality: Although Andie is outgoing and energetic at times she can also get shy when in new areas where she doesn't know anyone. Sometimes she just needs a little push when it comes to getting to know new people. She is in between being introverted and being extroverted. She is usually a kind and caring person although she can get competitive when playing volleyball or anything that has an end goal of beating an opponent especially if that opponent is a friend or family. She is good at listening.

History: Andie has always been close to her family, especially her sister. The two of them always did everything together. They were the best of friends.

Andie always loved marine life. As a child her parents would take her to the aquarium and it was a struggle to get her to leave. She would've lived there if she could.

Andie was never typically the one do join clubs and school sports, although her sister convinced her to join volleyball during grade six. She ended up enjoying it and has been on a volleyball team ever since.

When she was in seventh grade her older sister ended up getting accepted into Blue Lake Academy. Their father also got a really good job offer close by the school and the family decided to move. Andie ended up going to a middle school in the area.

The volleyball coach ended up introducing her to the coach of the district team. She tried out for the junior district team when she was thirteen and ended up making the team.

At fourteen she got into Blue Lake Academy. She was very happy about it because not only was she going to get to spend more time with her sister. She also heard from her sister that the school had a great volleyball team. She joined the team and the following year she became captain.

She is still at Blue Lake Academy and enjoys every moment there.

Personality

Holly is very smart. She values her intelligence a lot and relies on it. She enjoys physics, chemistry, and maths (Definitely not biology), and can speak three languages if you don't include English. Despite being exceptional at these subjects, her passion is the arts. She loves drawing and writing. She won several national writing competitions before joining the school. After her father died, she had some emotional problems and it still hurts to think of him. Besides that she also quite short tempered for such a reserved person. She only gets like that when someone personally attacks her, though. Surprisingly, she is a romantic but is scared to approach a lot of people.

History

Holly used to live in Paris, after being brought up in the UK. Her family moved around Europe a lot, though. Both her mother and father were famous dancers and they ended up getting a lot of money. Due to this, Holly lived a glamorous life of luxury till she was about twelve. Her father died unexpectedly one night in a driving accident and her family have never been the same. She always had a strained relationship with her mother, who quit dancing, but it grew even worse after the accident. Even her three younger sisters stopped talking to her. Holly became a recluse in her room until her mother finally sent her to boarding school.

Personality: Nova isn't the most social person in the world although she can come up with a strong debate for a certain side on the spot and get her points across. Once in a while she'll go up and talk to someone on whim. She has a very good memory. She is a kind and caring person that at times is also a good listener. She hardly ever gets competitive and has good sportsmanship.

History: From a young age Nova always danced. It has always been her passion. She started doing ballet at the age of five, started doing tap at seven, jazz at eight and by the age of nine she was doing ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop at her neighborhoods local dance studio.

Her family had a comfortable lifestyle. Her father has a high profile job at a tech company and her step mother is a movie director. Nova's mother past away very shortly after she was born and her father remarried when Nova was twelve.

When she really started to get into Social Studies and History she discovered her love for politics and how interesting she found it. It was something she started to develop a passion for.

She got into Blue Lake Academy when she was thirteen thanks to her grades as well as dance ability. Her parents had enough money to pay the tuition. Personality: Rory is sensitive. He doesn't like it when people prod at his emotions like science experiments and hates it more when you do it for fun. He is kind to most and caring, always trying to help out whatever way he can. He is a worry and anxiety prone person, constantly worrying whenever and about whatever he feels sort of stresses him out. He likes dark chocolate, it is sweet, but sort of bitter at the same time, some would call it bittersweet. He loves its' taste. He has an incredible ability in empathy and is able to place himself in almost everyone else's shoes. But he does have a way to take out his negative emotions, and it's through reading books and doing gymnastics, which helps him to relax and express his emotions. Sometimes, when feeling strange, confused, nervous or overstressed, he might be blunt whilst talking to you.

History: As a child, he was always fond of the arts. He started with reading about the characters in the books, the knights that knew how to fight, and he was often trying to replicate the footwork mentioned. At first, he was really clumsy, until his mother signed him up for singing classes, in hope that he would one day sing and dance across a stage for her. On his first day at Choir, he had only been three, was was a little shy, especially since he was the youngest and he was new to singing, but when he opened his mouth, everything he wanted to say about how he felt came belting out and he felt free for one of the first times in his life, the true first being when he started to read two-three months before. He started to go to the dance seminars after Choir as well, wanting to be better at the "choreography" that he excelled in for the most part already. When he turned eleven, he discovered that he had an affinity for gymnastics, and dance was only a part of his passion for learning how to do knight choreography. Eventually, his father, who was divorced from his mother, started to come into his life, dictating it and trying to force him to the academics, which he was already quite good in from his book knowledge and his love of reading. He took upon himself to get a job and help support his mother, becoming a Starbucks barista and learning how to make smoothies. His father sent him to Blue Lake Academy in hope of him becoming academically better.

Personality: Henry is extroverted and loves meeting new people. He loves his family more then anything else. He is goofy at times and enjoys making people laugh. He is caring and kind and is a good listener but also is not afraid to go up to someone, introduce himself and start a conversation.

History: Henry was always close to his family. He loves spending time with his family members. He grew up as an only child and wanted a sibling to hangout with. When he was little he watched his mother grief over the loss of his father. His father was in the military and past away while serving the country. Henry was upset and missed his father although he wanted his mother to be happy.

When his mother met Mr.Alexander she seemed much happier. She started to really smile again and it made Henry very happy. He became even happier when he found out that Mr.Alexander had a daughter that was in his grade.

When Henry was twelve his mother and Mr.Alexander got married. Mr.Alexander became his stepfather and Nova became his stepsister. He was very happy and ever since then he has constantly tried to get to know Nova. So far it hasn't worked much but he won't give up.

He got in to Blue Lake Academy when he was eleven. He always had good grades and although his mother was a single parent, she was a pretty famous movie director. He discovered his love for Biology at the academy. Even before going to the academy he always loved playing basketball and still plays it to this day.
