{Personality:} Jae is very bubbly and happy-going usually, but has a dark side that is rarely shown. She is very nice and caring to others and very forgiving. She's humorous and easy to get along with. Some say she's too nice and she always tries to do the right thing no matter what. She loves movies and dancing and wishes to be an actress when she graduates. She loves to help others and bring joy to their lives no matter how down they are. She loves writing and reading and can be usually seen taking long strolls at midnight with a book in hand.

{History:} Jaelyn Sophina Lewis was born on March 11 in Honolulu, Hawaii. She is the only child of James Lewis and Sophia Lewis. Her family frequently visited the beach and showered Jaelyn with love which made her the happy person she is today. Life was great until tragedy struct her family when she was only 8 years old. Jae had just returned home from school where she met her father with tears crawling down his eyes. Her mother, Sophia, had passed away in a car accident on her way home from work. A year later her father, James, remarried an immigrant from Ireland named, Sarah, who had a 12-year old son named, Oscar. Sarah was very care-free and fun and Jaelyn grew to love her and call her mom. Oscar and Jaelyn got along great and the two formed a close sibling bond that could never be broken. Oscar protected Jaelyn from whoever tried to hurt her and Jaelyn was heartbroken when Oscar was sent to live with his dad in Ireland when he was 17. She still kept in touch with him and he visited sometimes. A turn of events shook everything when Sarah got pregnant and Jaelyn had a baby brother, James Lewis Jr. As Jaelyn got older her interests in music, dancing, and movies grew and she couldn't find a way to express them clearly in the schools in Hawaii so her father sent her to Blue Lake Academy.

Ask anyone and they will tell you that Keegan had been a loner since the day he was born.It's not like an edgy type of loner who wears dark makeup and a black fringe- more like someone who chooses not to be around large groups.Keegan thrives off being left alone and at first glance is kept to himself, shy, and a trust-fund baby in training, seeing as his mother is the owner of a successful company.But, once one gets to know him, they find out that Keegan is outspoken, loud, has a dark sense of humor, and is fluent in sarcasm.It is not not odd to see him bottle up his feelings, though.

Keegan's childhood seemed to go by quickly, seeing as he acted a lot like a responsible adult by the age of 5.He was born with a rare heart defect called Arrhythmogenic right ventricular cardiomyopathy, which weakens the heart muscle due to underdeveloped critical proteins.Half of his life was spent in a hospital room, and he was not able to do many of things most average kids did, like go to a theme park or go hiking.Luckily, he did manage to attend a private school in his home state of New York.His consistent GPA of 4.0 and clean student record managed to have him accepted to Blue Lake, and his dad got a job here soon after.Still, he is hesitant to admit that Mr. Church is his father.

Personality: Since she was brought up in a cult and is only just now starting to form her own opinions, she can be easily overwhelmed when given important decisions. She sometimes slips into her old brainwashed state--you can tell when this happens because she gets nostalgic about her old life.
History: Her mother and father were lifelong members of a cult known as the Prophets. Anna was raised to believe that the outside world was a death trap full of corruption, and that any contact with a non-Prophet would ruin her. Then, she discovered how much she loved art when a delivery person showed her some paintings. Everyone thought that it was too beautiful to be good for her, but Anna couldn't agree. Eventually, she escaped and lived in a group home for a while, but was unable to convince her parents or best friend to join her.

She was rushed to the hospital and was in a coma for almost two years. A week before her thirteenth birthday, she woke up. Miraculously, her intelligence remained above-average, as it had been, but she has lasting physical challenges.

Iain is one of those kids who honestly doesn't care about his appearance whatsoever. He usually dresses in long jackets, his brown hair a total mess, and black jeans with holes at the knees. You can see him trying to catch up with the newest trends by wearing ankle boots. He has a very sharp jawline and it almost looks like his head is a box, that's what his mom says, but other people say that it doesn't look like that.

   --- PERSONALITY:

Iain is very quiet. He tends to stay to himself half of the time, most of the time actually. He doesn't like talking to much people and he rather spend all of his time playing the bass, whenever he feels happy and preppy, but he rather spend time playing at his DJ like keyboard where he mixes all of his tracks.

   --- HISTORY: 

Iain grew up with his twin sister. They were always constantly moving because of their father always getting a new job. That meant new schools. Of course, Iain was always the outcast. He would rather spend lunch in the classroom, reading. He would rather stay in the computer lab than go out to recess with the other kids. He blamed it on his asthma problems, but that wasn't all. Of course, he was antisocial and he even took after school classes to help meet new friends, but Iain just gave up. He didn't have anything in common with the other kids, so why waste his time on them?

That is when he and his sister were accepted into Blue Lake. Of course, Iain was actually very frightened about the whole change of schools so fast. At first, he thought that it was his fault that they were changing schools, but this school was special and he was accepted. He was finally home.

i. personality » May is a... troubled child. She isolates herself from a crowd, hiding her personality behind a veil of hair and spew of insults, if only to keep everyone else away. She wasn't always like this, but as she grew up, she grew to despise social contact more and more. And, her being her, she decided that the best way to avoid would be to scare anyone and everyone off. This is the main reason she wears an eye patch- it's so that the other students fear her. The effect it normally has, however, is pity. But May doesn't understand humanity enough to interpret that. As for her red eye, she wears red dyed contacts to scare off others in the case the eye patch didn't do its job. However, there are some people who are too nice for their own good, and still try to approach her. In the case that May is forced to talk to others, they'd just see her as a sarcastic little brat who's not afraid to tell people what she really thinks.

ii. history »However, as a child, May was anything but mean. Her sweetness was admired by anyone who met her, and her two wealthy parents valued her more than anything else in their lives. She was their little angel- an excellent artist, great friend, and obedient daughter. At least, until her best friend, the little boy she'd thought of as more than a friend died of an illness when they were seven. Something inside her just broke. And she changed.

Her sweet demeanor quickly shifted towards dark thoughts, thoughts of a world with no light or happiness. Her happy paintings of sunshine and rainbows turned to melting crows and bleeding hearts. Her parents were besides themselves in worry- she was just a little girl! As the years went on, her artwork and thoughts became a bit more mild, but she was never fully recovered, or anything close to it. May, wanting to get as far away from the town where her friend had died, applied to prestigious schools all over the States. Bluelake was one of the first, and she quickly accepted.

A great lady who died a week after Abigail was born because the birth was to hard on her. Ella, knowing before hand she didn't have much time with her daughter, or another family member to look after her, asked her dear friend Maea Harper to look after Abigail when she was gone. They wanted to shield Abigailfrom pain, so Ella insisted Abigail take Maea's last name. Abigail, growing up always knew there was a difference between her and her family but it wasn't until she was twelve that she found out her parents weren't really her parents.

Appearance: Ice blue eyes, colder than a winter's frost. Her glare can be heavier then the back-to-back snow storm in Toronto of '99. Her skin is cold and pale. Her hair so blond it's practically white. She's slim and medium height, roughly 5'4".

Personality: Cold. Cold. Cold. Hence the name January. She has quite the chip on her shoulder. It takes a special person to melt that icy exterior. Towards friends, the ice melts away a bit and she can laugh and has good stories to tell.

History: Jan grew up in a stern household. Her father has been in the military since he was at the legal age to do so, he has been to Korea and Vietnam and all those places that are in war, so Jan gets left with her brother a lot. He is eighteen and living at home. He's not the nicest towards Jan, and I guess that's where Jan gets the chip on her shoulder. She got into the academy because of her father's military standing. He's well known, so she gets a lot of privileges.

i. personality » All her life, Ada has been fairly easy going. Her eyes do hold a certain fierceness, but should anyone get to know her, they'd see that for the lie it is. She's constantly donating her time to others, both friends and strangers. However, she is at fault in her lack of self confidence and weak spirit. She hardly ever stands up for herself, and is constantly holding a slight stutter to her voice in fear that she did something wrong.

ii. history » Ada was raised by a troubled musician of a father and a struggling artist of a mother. They were always on the hunt for money, so Ada grew up without a lot of the luxuries most families take for granted in her life. Her father did bring home good money from his shows, seeing how he was excellent at the cello, but the family almost always lost that money quickly, due to the heavy debt they were in. However, when Ada turned five, she was first introduced to the violin. Her public school had hired a new music teacher, and they quickly bonded. This friendship blossomed, and eventually the teacher offered to give her student heavily discounted violin lessons.

The years went on, and Ada grew to be a prodigy at the instrument. Her whole family was wowed with her talent, and all Ada wanted to do was be a music teacher. Her parents were able to gain enough money at a point in time to buy a used violin for her, and she quickly went off to play at various showcases. When she came to the end of her middle school, the teacher who had taken her down this path in life didn't hesitate to hand her a flyer for Bluelake Academy. Ada applied, was accepted, and quickly set off on a train to the school.
