Bingo FAQ ~ Don't hesitate! If you have a question, let us know.

Your job, should you choose to accept it, will require a few things:
1 ~ Be our go-to person should we have any questions about your team
2 ~ Organize your teammate's weekly reads for each shelf/category so that the BSB Ninjas can quickly and easily verify and approve your stamp request(s)
2a ~ Create a master list in a post (preferably on the first page of your team's thread) and update it weekly or as often as necessary
3 ~ Encourage and motivate your team (you may also ask to borrow Judithe's whip whenever necessary)
4 ~ Post regularly to ensure your team is communicating and on track each week
4a ~ Send them a PM and friendly poke if they haven't posted at least once a week, noted their book choice, and/or appear to have dropped out of webspace
5 ~ Send us a PM (Steph, Sandra or Judithe) should you need us for any reason throughout the game

I just realized that teams were assigned! Sorry for the delay I'm stopping by!
I'll post some suggestions for names tomorrow when I'm on my desktop (this app is such a pain in the neck!)
In the meantime, I'll send friend requests to those of you who aren't my friends already.

A little about myself - I'm 43 and live just outside of Charlotte, NC. I work fulltime for a major grocery chain in the accounting department. My boyfriend and I have been together for 7 years so we might as well be married and I have a son who will be 14 next month.
This is my 4th round of BSB and it's by far my favorite challenge.

And I'm excited about names, DG! I'll try to post some later too if I can get some creative juices flowing.
I live in Indiana with my hubby and two kids (sophomores - one in HS & one in college). I work full time as an analyst at a vacation exchange company. I also have a daughter in Oregon who just got married this past summer! My husband is a fireman so every third day he works at the firehouse are my best reading days! Lol!

Sexy Sirens
Sinister Six
Midnight Spiders
Six Feet Under
Weird Sisters
I want something with the word Hex (with means both six and curse) but can't find something...anybody has an idea?

I started noodling Hex earlier today but then didn't come up with much and nothing better than Nichole's.

I forgot to introduce myself...well, I live in NYC, I'm married with no kids. I read a lot of genres but my reading has been a little off lately. I'm not finding anything I *really* want to read and I hope the challenge will change that.
I'm a veteran BSB player (have probably participated in more than 10 rounds) so I can be captain if nobody else wants to be.

Thanks for offering!

I'm going with Option 2, Spider's Bite by Jennifer Estep (unless "Series to Start" is the first shelf called) as my Free Space.
I love when I can find a book to use in multiple challenges!!

For my free space book I think I'll read

I haven't been reading at all this week, just watching Netflix or Amazon Prime, so for my Free Space, I'll read

I'm very busy at work today but I'll try to be checking GR around shelf call so I can post here immediately. :)
BTW...what's your time zones? I'm in the East Coast. :)
Remember that once the first shelf is called, you can get started reading your Free Space book!

Shelf #1 ~ 1/18: Hunters
DIRECT LINK - https://www.goodreads.com/shelf/show/...
Please remember to post the book you're planning to read for both this and Free Space. :)

For my free space book I'll read

I'm Central time.

I haven't checked out the Hunters shelf yet but will in a few minutes - shouldn't be too hard to pick one :)
I'm Eastern time.

For the FREE SPACE I'll read:

Blood Bound by Rachel Vincent
From Option 3 | Group's Bookshelf
For the HUNTER'S SHELF, I'll be reading:

Listed on Page-8
This one has been on my TBR forever!

Re-Hunters still don't know. That's not the most appealing of shelves for me...

Free Space: SOS Bookshelf
Date finished/Rating: 1/20 ★★★★
Review: Enjoyed this book so much! Exciting and chuck full of action. First, poor Geary (as I've taken to calling him) rescues some prisoners of war including Captain Falco, a gloryhound who thinks he's the only one who can save the Alliance and wants Geary's job. Then, he gets in trouble with Rione because she thinks he's risking the fleet in a crazy mission to compete with Falco. To top it all off, 39 ships mutinied!! I felt so bad for the poor man and wonder how he just didn't give up.
Like the last book, there was a lot of nuanced conflict. Falco may be incompetent but he has good qualities. Even though you want to strangle Rione at times, you know she's right in mistrusting Geary, given all the power he yields.
I laughed my ass of when Rione jumped Geary's bones and she almost had to hit him over the head with the fact that she wanted to hook up with him. He was so flummoxed!! But it was very interesting that even after sleeping together, they still distrust each other. Poor Geary will have to sleep with one eye open!! Hahahaha!!
Anyhow, loving this series and I can't wait to read the next book!

I'm about half way through my Hunter's book - which is the one I was most concerned about since it's a kindle.
My free space is on audio so should be able to knock that one out as soon as I'm done with my current book.

Arrrggh!!

Shelf: Hunters
Book: Fourth Grave Beneath My Feet by Darynda Jones
Date Read: 1/21/17
Rating: ★★★★☆
Review:
I was so excited that (view spoiler) that I had to start back at the beginning to see how I missed it. Charlie manages to get herself into the craziest of predicaments.
The story begins 2 months after the end of Third Grave Dead Ahead. Still reeling from the events with Earl Walker and "Area 51", that had left her feeling violated and deathly afraid of everything, she has found comfort in her sofa, cheese puffs and a Home Shopping Network. Charlie gets herself together and back on the PI trail when a young woman hires her to find out who is trying to kill her.
This was not my favorite story. It caught me off-guard on a few occasions leaving me to wonder if I missed something. (view spoiler) .
Charlie was wonderful - her sarcastic nature knows no bounds and God love her she has no filter. Her ADD and OCD are at full throttle. The main storyline started to drag but was filled with other tidbits that I'm sure will come in to play later in the series.
I will continue on to Fifth Grave Past the Light to see what happens next. If the main storyline doesn't pick up soon I'm not sure the side characters will be able to keep my interest enough to continue with the series. The reason I gave this 4-stars instead of 3 is because if a story can make you laugh out loud causing people to look at you like your crazy that alone is worth a star.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>

As far as I can see, all corner spots in our bingo cards are out of contention: hunters, available at library, science fiction and series to start. Don't think there are others but I haven't looked carefully.
Anyhow, this means that I won't rush to read for this shelf, specially since I'm having trouble finding a book. I'll probably still read it, I won't just kill myself trying to find a book. :)
