Finished The Day After Tomorrow which gives me one for the TBR challenge and a second book of a pair for the November Togetherness in in Books challenge.
OK, got two here. Just read A Beautiful Blue Death and Poodle Springs which finishes the Philip Marlow series.
I have finished another pair on the same day. I have read Alien which finishes the TBR challenge and is the last series first book I need for the serial reader. And I have finished The Absent One which, even though continues a series I will not claim on the Serial reader challenge at the present time.
Well, it seems I have a few 500+ page monsters to read to finish my challenges. Anyway, I have finished Until the End, the second and final book of Harold Coyle's Civil War duology.

But I also need to read Tek Net and Invader plus 3 other books to finish all my 2017 challenges. Looks like I will be breaking out the manga and comic collections for the finish.
Have finally finished the never ending tedium that is know as Blood's a Rover. If ever there was an example of an author unable to end a story it is this book. This book could have been exceptional, if it were like 250 pages shorter. Instead, it just goes on and on becoming more and more boring. But ti is done and it finishes the Underworld USA trilogy and is a book I need for the December challenge.
I have finished Tek Net and, as this was the last book of William Shatner's Tek War series, I have finished the whole thing. Finally.
Just finished The Get Fuzzy Experience: Are You Bucksperienced. I was tough reading, but somebody had to do it.
Finally finished The Last Full Measure, book 3 of the Civil War Trilogy by Jeff Shara and it was as good as the others. But, more importantly, this is book 100 for the year as well as finishing my Serial Reader challenge.
Success!!!I have successfully finished the 10 monthly challenges and the 3 quarterly challenges I entered in 2017! As for the annual challenges: I completed the 12 book goal for the TBR challenge, the 8 books for the Top Ten Faves challenge; all 26 books for the A to Z challenge; and all 66 books for the Serial Reader challenge. And I read 37462 pages, exceeding my 35000 page goal for the Let's Turn Pages challenge.
And above all, I met my 100 book goal for the year!!
