BevS Okey Dokey my dear. Hope this comes out as it should hehe.

OK Candice, I noticed that you'd just started it, but feel free to jump in at any stage :)

Debra ~~ seriously slacking on her reviews ~~ Thanks Bev! I haven't been around much the last few days but should be starting it tonight which would be your tomorrow early so maybe we'll be evened out by the time I wake up. :)

BevS Hope you had a good weekend. Will start tomorrow morning. :)

Candice Let me first start out by saying that meeting Mas in Junk was the reason I jumped on Stuff on release day :) He made me fall in love with him and we only caught glimpses. I can not wait to finish his story.

BevS I loved him too, so I hope the book does him justice. x

BevS All right, let's get this show on the road peeps.

Will read a few chapters and put my thoughts down on here. x

Debra ~~ seriously slacking on her reviews ~~ So far so good. Loving Mas as I knew I would. Perry is adorably awkward. Can't wait for his walls to crumble. Sounds like he has some interesting family background as well.

BevS Hopeless...RL is hopeless, and keeps interfering but I should be fine for a while now. 5%...Perry is a-dork-able, and Mas...well, he's just a much a man-slut as before, naughty boy!!

message 12: by BevS (new) - rated it 5 stars

BevS May be almost as interesting as Jo's herself!!

Candice Yeah, I knew Mas was jumping in and out of beds before, but this put a whole new light on it. Perry was well... Perry ;)

Debra ~~ seriously slacking on her reviews ~~ But Mas did really want something permanent with Jasper so and he's at least uncomfortable with the thought of being a kept man.

message 15: by BevS (new) - rated it 5 stars

BevS Yup, he did want something permanent with Jasper.

Candice Wouldn't that be weird? Being around someone you wanted something permanent with but watching them love someone else? Mas and his brave face :(

BevS Up to chapter 10...teeny, tiny chapters. Her trademark humour is here as usual, and for me being English, it's so lovely to actually read an English story that hasn't been doctored and changed for the American market....Glitterland wasn't doctored either thank goodness.

Debra ~~ seriously slacking on her reviews ~~ I like that it's so English, but I find all her books to be that way. I don't like when books sort of flop back and forth, some things Americanized and others not (unless it fits the character).

A little more than 50% through and am enjoying Maz's manic mood swings. Also glad to see Perry's got a bit of an aggressive side for all his outward bumbling. :)

BevS You're a little ahead of me, I've been on FB and we've had visitors, but I'll catch up. Really enjoying these two as a 'couple' even though nothing's happened yet.

BevS Up to chapter 31 now, and things are moving along nicely. Just about to go out to the gay club dressed as 'penguins' in DJ's and bow ties, so that should be a laugh.

Debra ~~ seriously slacking on her reviews ~~ Gah! Won't be able to be online today but I am almost done. Hopefully I'll catch up with you tomorrow. :)

Candice I actually cried during that part, Bev. Knowing that Perry was so uncomfortable, but also willing to do something just for Mas.

message 23: by BevS (new) - rated it 5 stars

BevS Yup, I loved how he sort of claimed his man in front of everyone else. Up to 83% now but RL is going to interfere today. Should be able to finish later though. x

BevS Finished Mrs Deb!! Really enjoyed it, will be at least a 4/4.5 I think. No time to do my review tonight, so sometime over the weekend will have to do. Hope you enjoyed it too!! ^_^

I'm finished too. I thought it was really cute. I also learned that braces = suspenders. Took me several mentions to figure that one out.

BevS Oh dear, **giggles**.

I do love a man wearing braces and no shirt...quite sexy assuming it's on the right man of course. ;)

Hmm, still think Merry Gentlemen is my fave of hers...just, but I do love her gentle humour and the one-liners she comes up with are hilarious!!

Candice I am so glad both of you liked it :) Did you or did you not love Mas at the wedding. EEK!

I just love Mas full stop Candice. He may be a total man-slut but he's so loveable!! :)

Debra ~~ seriously slacking on her reviews ~~ Mas was just as good as I'd hoped. I thought Perry was great too. That protective streak was hot. They really brought out the best in each other. The wedding part was great. I'm always glad when I come out of a book not knowing which of the two MC's I liked more.

message 31: by BevS (new) - rated it 5 stars

BevS Agreed Deb, but Mas...Just love him. :)

Aimer Boyz Hi, Bev, Deb and Candace;

Just read your blow by blow account of your reading of Stuff. Hope I'm not intruding here. I've read and loved both Junk and Stuff. Myles has done a great job with this series, definitely looking forward to more :)

Not intruding at all! Have you read Screwing the System? That was the first I'd read of hers and thought it was a good one too.

message 34: by Aimer (new) - added it

Aimer Boyz I did read both "Screwing the System" and "Screw the Fags", but it was quite a while ago. I don't remember much about them. They're not on my favourites list though, so I guess I didn't think I liked them enough to read again. Hmmm, maybe I was just reading too much BDSM at the time, and it started to get old :)
