Removed Rachel Hoffman. Not sure which Rachel Hoffman is correct, so I added a new Rachel Hoffman instead.

Amazon doesn't seem to differentiate (clicking the name Rachel Hoffman just does a search). If I should have updated it to the existing Rachel Hoffmann instead of creating Rachel Hoffman, please let me know.
