Anyways... take every situation and make it even better. There is a reason for everything. SOOOO, I'm gonna make some bomb ass food and take a shower. After I shower I'll workout and eat again probably. Then after that, I will have my long awaited bath with essential oils. Plus somewhere in there I might make time to practice my tumbling and stunting :)

DUDE the reality tv show Fire Island is now my favorite. Like 6 gay's on an island filled with gay men, in one house. Partying for the summer. What more could you want?
decided to have a relaxing evening and I didn't workout. Buttttt, I have a bath running with grapefruit and coconut oil. After my bath I do plan on doing some yoga, maybe some meditation-my brain has been foggy, so hopefully that helps. Also brewing some tea and yeah, I've been taking stress and blues tinctures throughout the day and I'm gonna miss it when I run out. But, nothing lasts forever :)
