Just completed #52 (mythology) - Norse Mythology by Neil Gaiman. This collection of stories was rather dry. There were parts that had a bit of humor and Gaiman's interpretations were interesting, but overall, I had to work to get through them. Not my favorite. 2.5 stars

Just completed #5 (book by person of color) - The Sun Is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon. I really enjoyed this book! Yoon's writing is straightforward but not simple. I really liked how she used chapters on objects or peripheral characters to shed light an unknown aspect of the story. It prevented the book from drowning in teen angst and feels. Definitely worth reading! 4 stars

Just completed #38 (holiday other than xmas - New Year's Eve) - Lillian Boxfish Takes a Walk by Kathleen Rooney. I loved this book! The writing was fantastic, and the wit, both from the author and the main character, were right on point. The fact that the main character is based on a real woman makes this all the more fascinating. My favorite book of 2017 thus far. Definitely worth reading! 5 stars
