I have been meaning to read this book foreverrrr and that book is Simon vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda. I've literally never heard a bad thing about this book and it definitely lived up to the hype. I loved the characters and the story and the issues it addressed and it was super cute so I loved this one!

I received a free copy of extopia: mind game by robin bootle for review. It's about a boy who's family get caught in a vitual world they created. I think the premise sounded so interesting, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the execution. I found the romance a bit annoying and thought the female character was poorly written

I've been powering through series this year, my goal to finish series is going way better then expected. I finished V.E Schwab's Shades of Magic series and read A Conjuring of Light. I was a little unconvinced by the other two books, but I ended up really liking this one. The character development was really well done, the plot was MUCH faster then in previous books and I liked how it ended up. Plus my actual faves Kell, Rhy and Alucard got to be happy and I could not be more glad.

I recieved this book through netgalley but I was so glad I was approved because I wanted to read Juliet Takes a Breath for ages! I really loved so much about this book, Juliets tone of narration was so fun, it was so inclusive and kinda educational and had so many visibly queer spaces. But I didn't like the cheating element that came into play.

I requested and was approved to read The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue by Mackenzi Lee and I totally loved it! It was so refreshing to read a diverse historical fantasy and I really thought the representation and discussions around representation was well written. I'm thrilled there will be a sequel/spin-off about Felicity.

I read a book I've been highly anticipating for 2017 and I'm so glad I did because I loved it. Queens of Geek is such a cute and fun book with such good representation. I loved that the characters are from Australia, and Charlie being bisexual made me so happy because I am too! I could not recommend this book highly enough its great

I read The Five Stages of Andrew Brawley because I'm obsessed with SDH and yeah I liked it! Shaun David Hutchinson can basically do no wrong in my eyes, and while this was probably my least favourite of his books, I still really liked it so much.
