A Solivagant on the Inselberg

What if we started a roleplay group where we play as ourselves and attend school together??
LOL XD

Uh everyone. Haha I wish I was in that universe - mainly to see you all and the tea xP Hey I love you more than tea, okay!
Alia, that's insane! In a very, very, very, very, very good way! xD

Hallie- you love us more than tea!? I have never heard words sweeter than this, this is so flattering xD

Jingle, do you think we'd keep you out of it even in our wildest dreams? Of course! You'll have to come even if you don't want to xP

Welcome to the Plutonium Academy for Young Writers. We are a selective, highly familial school that is meant only for the best and the brightest in personality! Our history began in 1853, when twenty ordinary young people were selected to attend. What united them? They had no greater desire than to write without any hidden objectives behind it. These individuals' birthplaces couldn't have been further apart, but after years at the school, their minds and hearts couldn't have gotten closer. Currently, most of the selected have expressed themselves in an open, vast dimension: the Internet. As such, many of them have known each other for a while, and some see their peers as members of a second family of sorts. However, what they have now is nothing compared to how they will bond upon leaving the school at the age of 40.
Nearly 30 years might seem like a long time to go to school every day, but there is something different about Plutonium Academy. For these young people attend their regular hometown school by day, but at night, they travel incomprehensible distances through a mysterious dimension to meet.
There is another catch: the characters created by the young people become fully fleshed out beings and take on the roles of students and staff at the school.
Characters and writers have lived happily together in the paradise for years. However, something is still cloudy, even among the refreshing comprehension that occurs at the school; no one is truly aware of the reason why the Headmistress founded the school.
As a perfect, immortal being, she can do no wrong, and has been a rock of justice and support for all of these years. But the one question she won't answer is why?
Congratulations! You have been selected. Be prepared to experience the real definition of a paradise!

Dreaming of Careers
In the bus, I'm sitting in the back seat in that awkward way again. My legs are on this small elevation in the corner, my hoodie is up, and I'm kind of resting my head on my arm and the seat with my eyes closed whenever I'm not chatting here. Oh, I forgot to mention my earphones!
So my classmate who comes in the same bus was talking to someone here saying that she regretted taking the subjects both of us took and that her parents initially told her to take something else. The exact same case a me. I regret this as well and my parents too had told me to take something else but I insisted on taking these. Now she wants to shift to accountancy in uni and I want to go to English literature and journalism. I didn't really speak, so they don't know about me, but basically both of us are facing almost the same situation. She was just talking about it all and asked for someone's experience in that shift, and another friend objected saying that everyone has different potential and she shouldn't decide her future based on another person's experience and so on. This classmate just left to go home and I opened my eyes and looked at them. I've been closing my eyes and listening to this conversation for a while.
Then another girl said that she was afraid of this girl who objected (oh V - remember her? She's a good friend of everyone in this bus.), and suddenly V just turned to me and said, "You!" I freaked. "What?" I replied. "You were smiling in your sleep. What were you dreaming about?" I had to grin. "I wasn't really sleeping. I was listening to the conversation." Yes, with music playing in my ears. And then she replied, "I wanted to take a picture, but it felt like a violation of your privacy, but basically you looked really adorable."
Awwwww.... That's weird!

*gasps* That's more than perfect!

you are not a loser Hallie!!

What if we started a roleplay group where we play as ourselves and attend school together??

yes!! I'm in!!

that happens to me XD

And yes, it's going to be a fantasy type school that one goes to when they fall asleep at night. Also, characters that you've written about can come alive and interact with the you that you're writing!
I have a sinister idea about how the characters won't get furious at the versions of us we will play, as they do in the self chat... ;)
But first, I wanted to ask everyone's opinion. When we are writing ourselves, should it be in first person "I saw my friend, Hallie, and my character, Corvus" or third person "As Alia walked along, she saw her friend Hallie and her character Corvus." Boy it would be weird to talk about ourselves in third person but I think it would be so much fun!!
Of course, characters will be third person only, as they are with any other roleplay group.

Yes, I am Kavy!
No Patrick to bark at me for being sarcastic xD I had the same question before I went to bed. I always speak in third person with my family (when I'm speaking my horribly poor mixture of Welsh and English), so I'm actually used to referring to myself in third person. But when I'm speaking in English, I don't usually do it except here to deliberately sound jejune. Now that's weird, but it's fun xP I think we should give third person a try.

I beg to differ. I wouldn't want to go to the same school as me. Yeah, maybe the latter....
Or I could be the one not worth their time. *hugs back*
Oh no! No no no! You haven't been a bad friend! You're great! Why would you say that?!
