I've though the show was great from the pilot on..
Emily - I agree with you on the first two items - I could be okay with the last, but don't expect that.
Predictions on the "big bad" for Season 3?

Oh and I love Felicity.

"According to TVLine, the first adversary of Season 3 will be a man named Seth. This "criminal mastermind" is a "shade of a man" whose intensity is only slightly offset by his tendency to whistle classical music. The man may also have what are described as "reptilian eyes." "

Though, they way they have portrayed his character inthe series, unless there is a good amount of time that's gone by for him to become a weapons expert, I just am not feeling it form him. maybe its just the actor they have playing him, I don't think he's someone I would have picked for the role or Roy Harper.
But that's a minor thing inthe grand scheme.

I wasn't crazy about Summer Glau as the woman that helped Deathstroke and became Lady Deathstroke.
From what I've ready about Arrows former GF Lauren, They are going to get her pumped up and working-out to become part of team Arrow, so she isn't the helpless
little girl she has been inthe past.
I like that they are introducing Killer Frost in some of the episodes also.
Its going to be a good season, that combined with The Flash alone will be fantastic.
Add in Constantine, Gotham and I, Zombie and it will be a awesome season.
Not to mention Agents of Shield and agent Carter.

And yeah, you're right, that ending surprised the hell out of me.

Also the guy that's going to train her known as Ted Grant is relay the hero Wildcat from the Justice Society. He doesn't have any powers except that he has a knock out punch that can be considered "super".

They are a band of Military men brought together by the anonymous Blackhawk during the forties and world war 2. Then they fought Nazi agents but in the fifties they began to fight the fantastic criminals and aliens.
So there you have it another easter egg for you.

Wow on the ending though, sitting here wondering what that means.

Still enjoying this season.

And that cliffhanger! (Literally :) )
(I can't believe I just did that.)

By this point, about everyone's been accused of killing Sara!
It looks like Arrow has officially been picked up for another season too :)
Maybe because we have already seen this story (the circumstances in which Sara was killed) on this show... Don't get me wrong, I still like the show.. I'll still be watching. Just sayin

Im thinking that to heal him he will have to be given a good dose of the Mirakuru.
While he heals The Atom will be revealed as well as Lauren wearing the new Black Canary costume, which is much better than the one that Sara wore.

Yeah, that was a short, awkward fight.

I still can't wrap my head around Lauren making a fitting black canary yet, but I know that's the direction they're going.
Your theory...well, makes sense, and is probably how they'll do it.

And of course Diggle was approached by DC and is in talks about a Green Lantern role.

Of course he could always step up to be more reassuring about the relationship potential to, but don't think she'd want to hear it right now. CW always has to have some sort of angst there.

I think Oliver should reassure Felicity that he does feel that way about her and that they will start working closer to their relationship a little at a time.

Yes, he is a bit clueless with relationships right now. Must be out of practice. All that island time :)
I don't think that Arrow is following the Smallville formula... but I would not mind if it did. Smallville lasted 10 seasons after all.

Arrow is grittier and serious, but to me not as gripping. Still, definitely get into it. Hope they continue their hero run for awhile now with these shows on the CW. I like that the network takes chances and gives longer seasons - it can considering it's a lower budget studio that can afford to have fewer viewers.

The fact that most Cable networks do expect smaller ratings in the long run is actually a better thing for most newer and long running shows on those networks. And that's why if NBC ships Constantine/Hellblazer over to SYFY, as much as you might not like the network, will give it a better chance at it surviving into an even better and closer to the comic show.
And besides, SyFy has put out some really stellar shows for a while now. Such as; Haven, Helix, Dominion and a number of others.
