Questions/Problems in Completed Tasks

Task 20.1 is a one book task, so you may want to move one of the books you used to a different task."
Whoops! Thanks for the heads up, Sandy! I've reposted for task 20.1 and plugged the other book into a different task. Thanks again!

Task 25.6 - When you are substituting a book, and thus changing your post for a task, you need to include complete information for that task.
Please do not repost the other tasks..."
My apologies, Sandy -- I will make sure I do that in the future. However, I won't be reposting right away, because I have to move a book from 25.6 yet again (after I get approval in a help thread based on a funky Goodreads issue). Hopefully this doesn't cause too much confusion and I will reference this thread when I do so.

Books must be at least 100 pages to meet SRC requirements, so Same Difference (96 pages) will not work for this task.

For task 50.1, option 3A, cupcakes were specifically disallowed for "cake on the cover" in the help thread. See post 3 in that thread.

A Little Princess has the genre "childrens" on its main page and has fewer than 300 pages. Since task 25.11 does not specifically allow short childrens books, that book will not work for this task.

A list of GRA at the top of your post will not work. You need to list the authors next to the books and clearly indicate which ones are GRAs. The way you've set your post up I'd have to click on every book in it to determine which author goes with which book. Sorry, no time for that.

The edition of Making Faces you've linked to is an ebook. Ebooks may not be used for BB tickets. You must provide a link to the MMPB or other edition as spelled out in the rules.

Both of the books you posted for 30.10 have the genre "romance" on the main page. The task specifically excludes books with romance as a main page genre.

Please be sure to do a new post - updating an old one won't work, since we don't go back to old posts.

As noted in response to your question in the HT, "swimming pool" won't work for a body of water.
Also, for your second book, please note that you must include the cover in your post when you are claiming points for a cover task.

Sorry sandy, hadn't dealt with a query before. New list done.
One other query, in my first post 1830 in completed tasks I had a big book and listed it in my counts but don't see it on the big book tickets post? I looked on here but didn't find a query related to that post.

In order to get a BB ticket, you must specifically say BB or BB ticket next to the book itself. Listing a tally at the bottom of your posts or listing the number of pages will not work. Not everyone wants BB tickets (because they don't want to design a task for the following season, which is the purpose of the tickets). So if you just list page numbers I assume you're doing so for informational purposes only and don't award any tickets.
If you'd like to claim your BB ticket, all you need to do is post another message in the completed task thread that states that the message is only for the purpose of claiming a BB ticket (so Sandy doesn't think it's for new points) and list the task you read the book for and give a link to the book (make sure it's the edition you read and has the right number of pages). Then I'll pick it up as I go though the new posts.

Thanks so much for the help :)

Task 15.3B requires that the book be set in one of the 13 original colonies. Washington State doesn't work for this."
Melanie & Sandy, the book Melanie chose for option A actually fits both criteria, because Washington is in the title and it is set in New York. I noticed this because I have that book slotted for this task. "
Thanks - I will repost based on that criteria. Thanks for the help Lisa!
