SOLVED. HELP! Young adult fantasy, no title and little remembrance of plot! [s]

There was this book that had to come out of this year. I don't know if any of you can help me but I know the cover art. It had a deer skull with antlers. Or it could've just had antlers on it. It was about a war between to groups possibly and it was a fantasy. Please help been looking for it since Aug. Also it has to have come out this year because it was on the new in YA shelf at B&N. it the color was mainly light blue.

Are you sure it was a new book - the cover sounds a bit like the cover of Orson Scott Card's Hart's Hope
