Lots of manga, hopefully! :PI'll be reading some over the next month or so to help reach my modest 2016 reading challenge of 25 books. I have lined up to read the following: Fullmetal Alchemist, Vol. 1 and Fullmetal Alchemist, Vol. 2 (having just bought these) and also One Piece, Volume 02: Buggy the Clown.
I also have a copy of The Sandman: The Doll's House but may need to re-read Preludes and Nocturnes first to re-acquaint myself with the characters/setting (I'd read the latter over 5 years ago).
Looking to 2017, I'd like to continue with the Bleach omnibus series, which is a bit cheaper than buying each of the individual volumes. I also want to continue with other manga series, including that of Biomega, Blue Exorcist and Soul Eater, among others.

While the individual books are nice for FMA there are now omnibuses you can acquire as well that have Fullmetal Alchemist in case you want to save money. The same case for One Piece though One Piece also has the nifty boxes filled with single volumes I stare at wantingly at on Amazon. :)
Also may I be so bold to suggest One Punch man and Black Butler which are both good series for their own reasons. :)
There is a buy 2 get 1 free sale at the Barnes and Nobles website on Marvel and DC Comics (ends 1/16/17) so if I have enough left over after Christmas I would like to check out the Bombshell series
and probably some Squirrel Girl Action.
:)All in all I still have to read the books that are already on my shelf and like so many other keep reading those mangas. :)

Thanks for the heads up on that, Ian! I'll keep an eye out for the omnibus vols for Fullmetal Alchemist. I did see recently that there were One Piece omnibuses as well so I might order these through my local store too.
I was wondering if Black Butler, Volume 01 was any good. I might check that out a bit later on. :) Didn't know about One-Punch Man, Vol. 1 but will check that out too in due course. Thanks for the recommends!
One-Punch Man is excellent. Besides, manga, I will continue with a lot of Image titles, Boom! and Dark Horse, and DC and Marvel, with the Rebirth paperbacks and the post Civil War II paperbacks.

The only problem with Black Butler is the 13 dollar (17 in Canada ) cost. I just picked up the recently released volume 23 which starts a new arc. Now I get to wait months for the next one. The drama of being caught up on a series. :)
It is also known as Kuroshitsuji in Japanese if you want to look info up on it before deciding to start it,
On a side note Maybe an army of darkness marathon would be a fun idea at sometime. I should look into all of the Ash vs series I can find. :)

I don't suppose there are any omnibus volumes for that series yet?
Afraid not. I think it is to much of a cash cow for Yen Press. I did notice something funny today though...FMA is now showing up on the Yen Press website but only as electronic books. Hopefully Viz will continue to release it in book form.
