Winter 2016 Challenge

This challenge will run from December 1 through February 28. Be sure to post your task list and let us know when you’ve completed a task by making a new post in this thread.

Example: Sept 1, completed task one, Great Gatsby

Be sure to use the Rory Gilmore reading list that can be found in the “How It Works” thread from Black, White and Read Books blog. I’ll try to keep up to date with a score board and post the winner at the end of the challenge!

Tasks:
1. Read one of the books from a winter episode of Gilmore Girls (original show):
2. Read one book from the list that is also mentioned again in the Gilmore Girls Revival (A Year in the Life):
3.Choose a book from the list that encompasses the holiday season:
4.Choose a new book that is mentioned in the Gilmore Girls Revival (A Year in the Life):
5.Read one book from the list that has been on your “to read” list the longest:

*Some of these tasks are centered around books that will be mentioned in the Gilmore Girls Revival, A Year in the Life. I will try to make a list as soon as the episodes release on Netflix and if anyone would like to join the task that would be great. I’ve set up a thread that we can put books mentioned in the Revival episodes here: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

The tasks centered around the revival will have to be added to your list after the episodes air! I believe Bear Allen at Black White and Read Books blog is also planning to make a list once they air and I’m sure several others will as well!
