Maddie (showjumperpro) Wow, even the summary of [image error] sounds incredibly stupid.
I just started The Talisman by Stephen King by Stephen King and Peter Straub. It's really good!

Cindy | 61 comments I just finished The Maze Runner (Maze Runner, #1) by James Dashner , still working on Nightlight: A Parody of Twilight, and started reading [image error]

Christy (TheReaderBee) (thereaderbee) Katie, did you like The Summoning and The Awakening?? I can't wait for The Reckoning to come out in April!

Christy (TheReaderBee) (thereaderbee) Cindy, I finished Gone last night. What did you think of it?

Christy (TheReaderBee) (thereaderbee) I hope Chloe and Derek hook up also. The wonder about the Simon thing too... I didn't think about Simon and Tori being related. I'll have to ponder on that. :)

Hey Christy, the Maze runner was good it did have a slow start and it didnt get good until about half way but as soon as it did it was actually good, leaves you in a cliff hanger so cant wait for the next book hopefully it explaines stuff more :)

Well i was a good bppk but i was a little disappointed in the ending of

Gone,
*******SPOILER*******
call me weird but i wanted jaine to find a cure or something, but her choices sucked it was between being blind and crippled, or her brain exploding! Then her and Cab just going day by day not really being able to live together nor have a family well it sucked. im happy that well she stays with cabel but its not really a really happy ending if you know what i mean :)

I really want chloe and derek to end up together, have you read the chapters that are out in her site? they have ch1-6 posted already and a new chapter is posted on the 1st and 15th of every month untill the book comes out, there good ive read them i recommend you all to read them just go to kelly armstrongs site under darkest powers series ;)

Christy (TheReaderBee) (thereaderbee) ~♡Katie♡~ wrote: "i only thought about it right near the end of the awakening

*SPOILERS*

when andrew said about it nice seeing them together and that tori's mum didnt want them together and tori's dad not be..."

I didn't even think of that, Katie. Very good point. I can't wait to read the next book to get some answers. Do you know if The Reckoning will be the last book in the series?

I agree, both of her options sucked. I was so excited that she had found her father and that he was like her. But I too wish there could have been a cure or something. I also wanted to read more about her mom there at the end.

Christy (TheReaderBee) (thereaderbee) Katie, let me know if Halfway to the Grave is any good. I have it on my list to read. :)

Christy (TheReaderBee) (thereaderbee) Glad to hear that you liked it, Katie! I am hoping to start on it soon. I hope the second book is good too. I have Masquerade also! Can't wait to start that series. :)

Heather | 11 comments The Host. I guess it's more sci-fi than fantasy but even that is a stretch in a sense. The book is very introspective.

On book 3 now and I think these may end up added to my "fav series" list. Has anyone else gone through those on here? I'd love to hear what anyone else thought!

message 186: by Carrie (Care) (new)

Carrie (Care) (care76) I am reading Wicked Enchantment (Dark Magick, #1) by Anya Bast right now. It seems to be what Wicked Lovely would be if it were an adult series like the Night Huntress series. Not as much action though, but still good.

Samantha Mullins (hixxup79) Donna wrote: "Oh, I loved The Host. I liked it better than the Twighlight series!!"

Really? I had a very hard time getting into it and when I did I was over half way through the book.

message 196: by Samantha (new)

Samantha Mullins (hixxup79) Yes it's a lot to take in because it's the first book of the series, but it's definitely a grabber, I started the day before last. The only reason I haven't finished it yet is because we are in the process of moving so I haven't been able to sit down and read it much.

message 197: by Samantha (new)

Samantha Mullins (hixxup79) Yes I don't think you will regret it.

message 198: by Samantha (new)

Samantha Mullins (hixxup79) Yeah I liked it. Had an interesting ending to it. I can't wait to read Crave now.
