BR 24 - The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer, Legend and Prodigy; Start date ----> 1st June

Nathaniel, Prodigy is the second book to the Legend trilogy by Marie Lu. It's actually a pretty good YA Sci-fi book. I'm just waiting for the second book from my library. I've been on the wait list for a week and two days. I just checked it again, and still isn't in. Urgh. I hate the wait. I just might have to buy the book. It's $6. I'm thinking about it but I've already went over my book spending budget this month and I really want to read it. Willpower, willpower, willpower...

I'm so bummed, I still dont' have it. I'm sorry we weren't able to do this last read up. Still, we were able to pump out two books. We could have easily have read four books. :)

That's okay, don't say sorry:) At least we were able to read two books right?:) I finished Prodigy yesterday and oh my! What a book...loved it so much. Loved how Marie Lu's taken forward the story...eagerly waiting for Champion! Hope u love it as much as I did!

I'm still waiting for this book, can't wait to read it. I can't believe it's been this long to wait but it means that person's two weeks should be up soon.

I finally have the book. I'm reading it now! I am hoping to be finished tomorrow night. :) We just might get one more book by July 1st, lol.

I just finished it. I liked it but my goodness they left it with such a cliffhanger. I feel so sorry for Tess because she has given so much of herself to Day. Day can't help it he just loves June. It's that horrible love triangle. What about the last his medical issue. I was shocked by that. Also, he totally isn't being selfish and totally pushed June away. Good for him!

What did you think about about book?

I'm reading the third book right now. I'm pretty sure I will not be finished by the end of tonight. Most likely I'll have it done tomorrow.

Have you read Champion yet?

I know...the cliffhanger! Surprisingly, I didn't like Tess at all, and more than that I feel pity for her. I felt her to be too clingy and needy....didn;t like her:| And that last medical part...whoosh! NEVER saw that coming...it was one hell of a shocker, and I feel so sad that he's pushing June away like that, but then, it's for her good and I like him for that.

I haven't yet read Champion. I will read it later in the month. Currently on Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and The Piper's Son.

Sorry, didn't notice the reply here. I read Champion in one day. It was good. I really enjoyed the first book and the third book. The second book wasn't as good as those two books. A lot explains about Tess in the third book. It's a really good book. I enjoyed it.
