SOLVED. Can't remember book name. :: cigarettes keeping people alive. [s]

Hello! The book was about a girl and some of her friends who,I remember,towards the end of the book the "bad guys" were some people in suits who smoked cigarettes,and had a whole vault full of these cigarettes,and they were what was keeping them alive,and at some point,somehow,the girl and her friends managed to break the vault,and so the men in suits,realized they were going to disappear eventually,and later I remember,one of the bad men almost caught the good guys,but then the very small piece of cigarette,fell from his mouth and he disappeared.At some point the bad men tried to defeat the girl by giving her A LOT of "time" they wanted her to suffocate in it,or something like that.
