So the first thing we want to do is an opening ceremony, right? Maybe the labyrinth can get mixed with the kite festival somehow? THough I feel like the kite festival was supposed to be a town thing

I think it was too because we wanted to get more townspeople involved in events since they're almost always held at the school

Yeah I think there was two main town events we did and that was one. So unless anyone is opposed, I think we should take that out of the school celebration and just do it in town later.

Yeah but some of them I think we didn't think all the way through and if we have better planning we may be able to pull off something better and more cohesive, especially if we intend to include the EA students whenever that can happen.
