In a Book Rut ...

Hello, I am an avid reader and often read a book a night. this does mean that I end up rereading books I really liked quite a lot as recently I haven't found anything worth reading. I have read Kate Daniels, iron throne etc and the type of book I like to read usually has a strong lead with magic powers or abilities. Don't mind a few sex scenes, just want a good storyline that doesn't drag. any suggestions?

I Love both the guildhunter and psy-changeling series of Nalini Singh. I warn you though, both are a bit high on sex scènes, I usually just skip those, I love the storylines to much to scrap the series.

Both Grace Draven and Elizabeth Hunter have good series. Elizabeth Hunter's Elemental Mysteries, beginning with A Hidden Fire are excellent IMHO.

Have you tried Annie Bellet's Twenty-sided Sorceress series? Emma L. Adams has a good series too: the first book is Faerie Blood.

Hello! I recently read Live Wire by Amber Lynn Natusch and loved it!! It's the first in the Blue Eyed Bomb series.
Another series I love is the Bloodhound Files by D D Barant.
