I had to make a Keeper comic for school, and I went totally over the top and spent like, twelve hours in photoshop making it.
I'm ALMOST DONE now though. Only need to add the sparkly unicorns on Sophie's nightgown...

Technically what I have is Photoshop Elements, which is still good, but it always makes me crazy cuz it doesn't do fill gradients...

No, Photoshop is photo editing software that I use for my digital drawings.

Photoshop Elements is basically the same as photoshop, except it's less expensive and there are some features that it doesn't have.
