Powers/Abilities:
Levitation: He can levitate almost any inanimate objects that are lighter than him, and any living beings that weigh less than a cat. He is still working on heavier inanimate and animate objects, but he can levitate himself if he wanted to.

Air Control: Bastie can control gusts of wind and apply pressure using the wind to suffocate people as well as live within the pressure of poison and even cleanse it out by inhaling everything and then exhaling it.

Comedy: Bastie has the ability to crack hilarious jokes, though mostly not at the right time, they still always provide comic relief and mean no harm or try to distract people from the situation, it's just in his DNA.

Appearance: Sebastian has a headful of dark blonde hair that ends around over his ears, with a couple of bangs as exceptions. His hair is neatly gelled into place with a little bit of hair gel and a touch of magic. He has a pair of sharp light blue eyes that can seem to be reading you at all times and judging you, even if he stands meters away from your whereabouts. He stands at about 5'6, maybe a little shorter or taller, but he always feels short around everyone else. He weighs proportional to his height, which is around 121 pounds or such, perhaps a little less as he doesn't eat that much. He normally wears darker colors to reflect his mood, and his outfits change almost daily, but there is his trusty pair of pitch black boots, which he strengthens his magic with.

Personality: Sebastian is cold. He generally doesn't like to talk that much as he doesn't feel comfortable doing so. He is normally reading a book or drawing something, but that doesn't mean you won't catch him doing anything else. He is nice to some people who he feels immediately comfortable around or trusts after a long time. He has a rather good sense of humor and likes cracking jokes, they're just colder when around others. He dislikes people who judge others just by rumors, especially those who use that as their only sense of judgment. He feels better when he either laughs, jokes or consumes chocolate. He is a little schizophrenic and can hallucinate the moment his mother was killed again and again when he is emotionally overloaded. He is also interested in science, and not only magic, as he feels like science, technology and magic go hand in hand in hand. He doesn't exactly have any superior athletic ability or any sporty skills beyond average. He likes gaining power, not for any realistic purposes, but just for the sake of it.

Derek is really something, and that something is mostly annoying. He always has a tormenting smirk on his face and will likely mock you for anything he catches you doing. His teasing is always loving towards his sister, and friendly to most everyone else. If he hates you, he's going to let you know without skirting around it. Definitely not the type to play around with his prey unless he's clearly superior or knows he'll come out on top if he angers his opponent. Making fun of people is his passion, so deal with it or just deal with it.

Species: the forgotten Male Erinyes, only the three females were ever recorded.

Powers/Abilities:
The Erinyes possessed all the supernatural Powers of the Greek Gods including immortality, superhuman strength, stamina, vitality, and resistance to injury. They also had the power of flight and invisibility.

Eleris, however, received none of these Aside from immortality. instead, Eleris received the inverse ability and became capable of Negation. Cancelling out Abilities and such but receiving no other buff. though he has to understand how the Ability works/functions in order to negate it.

Appearance:
stands at 5'6" (1.7m) and weighs 157lb (71kg). he has loose blonde hair and a fringe that covers most of his face, Pale skin on a lanky frame. wears a long coat with a dark camouflage pattern of blacks and greys and plain pants.


Personality:
Eleris is a full-on Pessimist, seeing the negative aspect of any given scenario. due to this, he tries to help others whenever he can, though that generally involves beating someone up. Eleris is also not very good at Social interactions, Remaining withdrawn from other people regardless of how well he knows them.

History:
due to being the only male of the four Erinyes he was already excluded, but when it was discovered he didn't have the God like abilities of his sisters he became completely shunned and eventually was completely exiled. a little ironic in Hindsight. this caused Eleris to raise himself, eventually realising what his ability actually was. though he kept it to himself, performing acts of renown like taking down Heists or Serial Killers but never taking the credit for it.

his most noticeable trait was being the only one to have escaped Olorun's 'Pit' which placed him into this world. with no way to return to his world, or any real desire to return to the world that shunned him, he began a new life in this world. continuing his behaviour of sticking his nose where it doesn't belong.

What reason do you have for wanting him to be a frequent visitor?

not much, it's just that he wouldn't have a permanent residence in the town from what I understand. if he shouldn't be a frequent Visitor i can rework him a little and place him in the teacher section?

No. He wouldn't be a teacher. I just feel like everyone should realize that Val'JaLon isn't an open world. You are either invited, born here, or rescued.
So unless he was one of those then Freq. Visitor might not work so well.

so what would he be? as I've stated he wasn't brought here through his own volition. more escaped a world hopper and this is where he wound up.

The world would have chosen him or allowed him to end up here. I feel like he would either be a town character or frequent visitor.
But he still has to be invited, born here, or 'rescued' which is kind of a general term. Some characters find the gate by chance while on a walk, are running from something or someone when they go through the gate, or crash land on Val'JaLon through another portal.
No one ends up on Val'JaLon purely by chance because it's location doesn't exist.
How he ended up here can be vague but it needs to be of that nature.
And you don't end up here if you don't want to be. You can't be rescued if you can't be 'saved'

Neither Lyam nor Karynnah were magic users, but they were aware that it existed. It became even more apparent when their daughter Ally had what is best described as a potent green-thumb.

Cabins are for school staff, though you can ask to have a townhouse made for them if you need one. And I'd say you can really just start them anywhere and see if people respond. As for the third question, I'm not sure. I wish Haaley was here, she'd know for sure.

Jobs are usually given before they arrive. Especially in this case, your characters would likely have been invited to work on the reserve and then move.

I sort of pictured them getting here by accident, but I can work with them having been here long enough to find gainful employment and housing.

It's not unheard of for them to arrive by accident, but rare. It'll be acceptable if you can write them into it in a way that makes sense.

Where Sadie goes, Hunter follows. If she's transferred to another department, that's good enough.
