I really feel there should be cameos or Crossovers in books too.. Particularly fantasy books.. I mean, look at the Phobophage attack.. If there were a Soother or two in Chicago, how helpful that would've been for me.. *shakes head at Butcher's lack of ideas*

No, not ignorant. It's just Butcher never explained about these attacks. Though he dropped few hints here and there much later in the series but am still not very sure about hows and whys. With every new book in the series, its get very complicated and very shocking. Only few questions are answered. Butcher better start answering these questions as only five books are remaining.
