Reading update:

Chapter 30 done in Cristo... (view spoiler)[ I liked the way cristo forgave Caderrouse and gifted him with a diamond.. Caderouss was not completely good, but he was just jealous of Edmond's riches but never wanted to take revenge on him... With M. Morrel also, I was glad in that he paid back, but the ending was little too dramatic for me, why would he wait till last minute and then send letter to julie.. anyhow, I was happy with both of these happy endings... Scared to think of whathe would do to danglars,
fernand, mercedes and villefort... Shocked about Mercedes marrying Fernand, but feeling pity on her... how she'll feel if she comes to know about the real Fernand and the evil he did to Edmond...!!! (hide spoiler)]



40% done in prince and pauper... Tom has finished his royal dinner.. I'm worried about the prince's condition in the offal house(Tom's house)....

Regarding Prince and pauper Ini initially I too was daunted by the thou and thee and even found it a little boring. But started 60% it is splendid going.

In my childhood I suffered through the characters plight. But the years have made me atone hearted, and think wouldn't have enjoyed Cristo much if I read it now.

didn't finish any book but made significant progress in Dark Forest. Am around 70% in it. Hopefully I will wrap it up this week. Also will be done with Yellow Crocus as it is a small book. :)
