2016 October Book - Change of Plan!!!

Greetings All!

I have won more books! The lovely people at Gallic Books have been so kind as to send us two reading sets of Yasmina Khadra's The African Equation, so I have taken the liberty of switching this title to be our next book, presuming that you all wouldn't mind....

Let me know of any excitement or umbrage below :)

The African equation sounds very heart of darknessy. I am really enjoying a constellation of vital phenomena,although i keep forgetting the title and calling it the balck and white book!

I have also won another set - !!!! On the back of how much we loved The Day of the Triffids, but I am not sure how to fit that in to our schedule. Our review could win a reading group set of the sequel to The Long Way to a Small Angry Planet - . I may ask for a couple of volunteers to review it and then we can read it at leisure another time.

The sequel is published on October 20th, and one lucky group will win a complete set with their review, but I don't have a closing date for the review. I imagine it would be before our November meeting anyway.
