this girl lives in an old house and she can either see ghosts or feel them something along the lines of that.. i just remember her using a typewriter alot and going undercover. one of those when i know the title i just cant think of it. If it helps the cover was green-ish

I just Googled "Glinda Joyce" and the first option was for "Gilda Joyce."

Gilda Joyce: Psychic Investigator seems to fit the description. There is a typewriter on the cover, so that fits also.
