Yeah, I was surprised also. It's a book club selection for this summer so I have to read it, and when I saw the genre .... serendipity.
Book Concierge wrote: "OH, by the way ... I ROLLED 6, 1 So I'll be reading for Option 1 and Option 6."
Don't you love it when it works out like that? When you find your book for 6 and want it confirmed, let me know :D
I rolled 6, 1Option 1 - "POETRY" - Witness ("childrens" - 167 pg)
Option 6 - "FANTASY" - Different Seasons
(I'm going to be using Maya Angelou's book for a different challenge ....)

Both of those will work, and I really enjoyed Witness.
Rolled 3: Locke & Key, Vol. 6: Alpha & Omega (Graphic Novels)Rolled 6: Red Hill (Fantasy)
I'd like to get both approved since Fantasy is the last genre listed for Red Hill.
Thanks!

You roll the two die and read two books, not three. What numbers did you originally roll?

Whoops! I have no idea what I did. I'll check when I get home. Sorry!

Okay, I checked. When I posted the other night, I didn't see or remember the dice rolling part from when I did this when the task was first posted! When I was requesting the first two I decided to throw in the third one for good measure, But the option 1 & 2 are the ones that I rolled. Sorry about that. I need to check more carefully!

Both Crank and Clockwork Angel will work, then!
Sorry it took me a day to get back to you--I'm at comic con this weekend, so I'm only checking in once a day.

No problem! I hope that you have a good time. :)
Thanks, I am. I met Karen Gillan and Matt Smith and asked a question at their panel and cosplayed a Doctor Dalek and met Christopher Lloyd and I'm meeting Alan Tudyk today :D SOOOOOO much fun.
I rolled 4 and 2, so I will be readingOption 2: Projects for Friends - Exiled by Evangeline Anderson. Science Fiction ~ 35 Users.
Option 4: Rifftrax - Love and Lists by Tara Sivec. Humor ~ 93 Users.

Both will work, but you'll need to get Exiled approved on the ebook thread for length, too, since it doesn't have a print version. Enjoy!
If Calamity Jack is approved, will the first book work for option 3 too? I like to read in order and that one looks interesting, but I need to read the first one.

It looks like it'll work. Enjoy!
Juana "Darkness" wrote: "Would this work for MENTAL HEALTH:
"Unfortunately not. The genre "Mental Health" needs to be on the main page of the book's description. I hope you can find another place for it, though!
Juana "Darkness" wrote: "How about
""Mental Health" still isn't a genre on the page. If you look at something like The Bell Jar, on the right-hand side there's a list called Genres, and "Mental Health" is the second-to-last one. That's what needs to show up on the main page of the book you choose. You can actually use the link on The Bell Jar's page to find more books labeled with that genre, too.
