Susan, you've done it right. I will message the author with your request and they will send you a copy of their book in format that you requested... which, by the way, I will need your preferred format.
After you receive the book, read it, then write a review, you will need to submit the review and the request to add your book in the include my book feed/thread. Don't add it here.

Hi Kari. The author put Amazon gift preferred and I downloaded the app on my PC, so I guess I'm good to go. I can also do .pdf or even Nook (does anyone do Nooks anymore or am I just ancient now?). Looking forward to getting started. Thanks a lot.

I'd like to try the Kindle one. I'm not sure how gifting it on Kindle works, so that's something I'll have to figure out before posting my book for review since it's in 3 different formats, Kindle, Nook and .pdf. Yikes! Lots to learn!

Yes, however, I can only add books if you submit a review. If you review more than one book during the period of a pool then it is possible to have multiple books in that pool and any pool going forward, until it is selected.
