Updating cover image

Hello,

My book is now being published by Monster House Books and the publisher icon in the top-right corner needs to be updated. Can you please replace the covers for all versions of this title with the one here:

Since they are previously released we cannot change the covers or publishers on those edition, but new ACEs (Alternate Cover Editions) can be created.
