A Barmaid has let us down at the last minute for tonight and tomorrow night and we booked her for this weekend 3 months ago! 2nd time she has done this to us. She won't get a third chance. But it means I will now be working right through until close up both nights....would like to just hide under my desk and pig out on chocolate (of which I don't have any btw!) Or perhaps I could join the cat who is curled up on top of the safe in her bed fast asleep. ;:(

This weekend resting after another bad virus this week.

A little gardening, food shopping, picking lots of sets of bracelets/earrings for my wife to make as we start this years craft shows next week.

So enjoying the Formula 1, The Golf, The Grand National and also ladies tennis on the TV.

And also trying to catch up on my Master chefs, although still 3-4 behind.

Also went to a garden centre and treated ourselves to a small wooden greenhouse, as we have so many fruits, herbs, spices, tomatoes all growing.

This has been a bad year for me, played 16 matches this year, a lot less than usual.

But finding work harder going when run down, and under so much pressure at work, work is enough exercise some days. (12-14 miles a day at a fast pace)
