Harry Potter is lucky to reach the age of thirteen, since he has already survived the murderous attacks of the feared Dark Lord on more than one occasion. But his hopes for a quiet term concentrating on Quidditch are dashed when a maniacal mass-murderer escapes from Azkaban, pursued by the soul-sucking Dementors who guard the prison. It's assumed that Hogwarts is the safest place for Harry to be. But is it a coincidence that he can feel eyes watching him in the dark, and should he be taking Professor Trelawney's ghoulish predictions seriously?

I just watched this movie a little while ago so my brains like "but I know exactly what's gonna happen next meeeh" and I also am not a huge fan of the third book. I can't wait to get to the 4th book again.

I always loved Ron, and in the movies I love Neville. I've never really been a huge fan of Harry, especially when he is very dramatic and acts like a brat.

And the books are different than the movies. I really wish that I could read them over again for the first time but I'm really happy I read them at the age I did. I got to grow up with the characters.

Review: Yay pleased I got through this one quickly. Found an audio of it and had lots of free time. This one is probably the one that scares me the most, with the (view spoiler)[Dementors, especially on the train to Hogwarts and during the Quidditch game. (hide spoiler)]. And it's the arrival of (view spoiler)[Lupin, who's definitely my favourite Dark Arts teacher! The scene with the boggart in class is my favourite! (hide spoiler)] It's also the introduction of the (view spoiler)[Time-Turner, which provided a nice complex aspect to the story. (hide spoiler)] Should be continuing on with this series soon.

I agree, Aunt Marge is one of the worse, (view spoiler)[ I can't believe she kills puppies if they are not perfect/to her sanders, like being a runt of the litter! (hide spoiler)] I wished she did blow up and flied into space before anyone could help her - but that was too much to hope for! But to be fair everything she said to Harry is really about herself, she's just to simple minded and stupid to realize! :D

I've just started chapter 6, (view spoiler)[ after the dementors show up on the train to Hogwarts and a little after the sorting ceremony. (hide spoiler)]
But I have no problem talking about the chapters before with you, the more time spent talking about this book series the happier I'll be. hehehehe.

I love the concept of the Knight Bus, its a really cool idea, to go where every you want on it except underwater - so cool! Stan Shunpike is a nice character too, being a conductor and all. I like that he gets out of character and goes back to his naturally way of speaking when he's caught of guard!!

But that archway into Diagon Alley has always fascinates me when it opens the wall.

End of chapter 12 (view spoiler)[ so I forget what happens in this story. Sirius black was friends with Harry’s parents and they think he might have been almost like a spy for Voldemort? Is that why he went to prison? And it’s so scary how harry keeps seeing the black dog and how usually people die after seeing it. I also hate the dementors. I like that lupan is trying to help Harry defend himself against them. (hide spoiler)]
