SOLVED. Book about a girl who makes cupcakes. [s]

I'm just going to get straight to the point.
The book I want to find is about a girl, her sister, and her mother that are forced to move away from their father. They lived in their for a short amount of the book, but eventually moved into a broken down house.
While her mother is finding a job to provide, the main character (the girl), makes cupcakes that are loved by everyone in the town. I know a few plot points, where she goes to a rich women's house and teaches her how to cook, and the women teaches her to read.
The cover has a tray of cupcakes on it.
I read this once around 2010, and again in 2013.
