Squire (srboone) I'm getting ready to go on vacation for two weeks, so I'll be taking The Century's Best Horror Fiction Volume Two with me. That should keep me occupied for the time.

Mark Redman (quillofarkham1) I've just started Nevernight by Jay Kristoff, it's taking a while to get into but with some promising characters.

I enjoyed City of Bones but her Raksura trilogy are some of my all time favourites.

Margret Having a stressful week, but will be getting better hopefully soon as we go on our trip to Nordegg (one of the few unpolished gems of wilderness left) to get in some relaxing, hiking, ATVing, kayaking.. And hoping to see some wild horses :)
I am bringing The Tiger and the Wolf (Tchaikovsky), Sourcery (Pratchett), and The Darkness That Comes Before (Bakker)

Chris ( librocubicularist ) King Finished Raymond E. Feist's Magician & then ran straight into Jimmy the Hand by the same.

Well, I finished The Mirror Empire. 2.5 Stars but it sure doesn’t deserve a 3 star. The book was just terrible. In the end I pretty much loathed every single main character. (view spoiler)

I really wanted to quit reading this book several times but I thought “well, I paid for it. I might as well finish it”. Despite the horrible plot, the book was structurally and grammatically well written and one kind of still wanted to see what happened next just to see if it got any better. It never did. It had one of the weakest endings to a book I’ve read in a long time.

I started Wheel of the Infinite. It's really good so far. It's really a breath of fresh air after reading a stinky one.

Monica Davis Still waiting in the queue for my next library book, so I picked up The Man who Stole the Future which turned out to be a very good, quick read.
