SOLVED. Y/A book about three 18 year olds living in a loft in the big city. [s]

Okay, so I read alot of books as a young adult. I read this book about 1993ish. It's about three 18 year olds that are renting a loft in the big city. One is going to college for design maybe? One is a runaway-from-home ballet dancer. I can't really remember the third one. I thought it was called like "The Loft" or "The Apartment" but searching those titles hasn't recovered anything.
