He hugged them both tightly.

Rebecca came up, crying herself. "Congrats."
"Thank you," he stood and hugged her. "Thank you for keeping her and thank you for everything."
Rebecca hugged him tight. "I'm so proud of you Elian. I really am." Chelsea got up and walked out of the court room silently.
Elian hugged her back again and then saw Chelsea leave. "Excuse me," he said and set Amelia down. He followed her out, "Chels."
Chelsea was fishing out a bus pass from her bag. She looked back at him. "What?"
He pulled out a piece of paper and wrote something down on it before handing it to her. "My number and new address. In case you decide to visit Amy." He said softly.
She took the paper, putting it in her bag. "I can't just stop by." She murmured,
"You can call before you do," he nodded.
"Legally, i can't:" she sighed. "We'd have to come to a agreement and sign some papers."
"It's not custody, it's just a small visitation," he said though he wasn't sure of the legality of it.
"Yes but we can both get in trouble. I'm not allowed to really see her. Today was different because we're at court and stuff but your lawyer has to contact mine."
"Oh, okay," Elian said. "Well, I don't mind having a few more sit downs, if you want to see her bad enough. As long as we wont get into a fight over custody," he added.
"No fight. I...no I'm okay with you having all of the custody." She sighed.
"Okay, then," he nodded. "Well, I don't know what you want. But whatever decision you come to, thats my number and you can stop by my shop... If you really want that tattoo."
"I already got it." She said softly. "By somebody else.",
"But thank you. I'll...I'll call you." She nodded.
"Take care of her; I know you will." She kissed his cheek lightly then swiftly left.
Natalia came up behind him with Amelia. "I was just talking to the judge." She said."He gave me a lollipop," Amelia held it out.
Elian wrapped his arms around Natalia and then picked Amelia up, smiling. "He must be really nice, is he still there? I'd like to thank him," he said, kissing Amelia's cheek.
Natalia nodded. "I think so. He gave me the papers to become a citizen." She said. Amelia nodded, giggling.
He set Amelia down and then walked into the courtroom. He quickly thanked the judge and was out in a few moments. He picked Amelia up, "lets go, sweetie."
Amelia hugged him."Let's go out to celebrate." She smiled
"Yeah," he smiled. "My treat," he said and leaned his head against Amelia's.
"No it's mine." Natalia said. "It's your day." She kissed his cheek.
She smiled and guided them to the car down the block.
Elian followed her and then put Amelia in the back, strapping her in.
"We'll have to get her stuff from Rebecca's when we officially moved." She said. "Do you want to drive?"
He nodded, "could you?" He asked. "I'm still feel a little distracted," he said though it was for a completely different reason now.
"Of course." she pecked his lips then got in behind the wheel.
He smiled and got into the passengers seat.
She buckled up and started the car.
Amelia was swinging her legs. "Daddy." She said.
"I love you, Milly. So much," he whispered.
"I love you this much." She opened her arms wide.
She stretched out her arms even more (which she couldn't) grunting as she did so.
"Only?" He pouted and then said. "Well, I love you more than there is sand and water and ground on this earth. I love you to the moon and back and to the moon again." He smiled widely.
She looked amazed. "Whoa! I love you that much to daddy!"
Elian grinned at her and smiled, "good."
She giggled and looked out the window. "What that rom mean?" She asked.
"What do you mean?" He asked, smiling.
"With that big man." She said, referring to the court room.
